- Frequently Asked Questions
Questions? We've Got Answers
Everything you need to know before booking a Primary School Learning Journey.
How do I book a Primary School Learning Journey?
Are the tours mapped to the MOE primary school syllabus?
Yes — every programme is mapped to specific MOE primary topics in Science, Visual Arts, and English. We can provide syllabus mapping documents on request so teachers can integrate the journey directly into their unit and lesson plans.
What is the recommended group size per tour?
We typically accommodate classes of 20–40 students per group. For larger cohorts, we can arrange multiple simultaneous groups with a dedicated guide for each. Please contact us with your student numbers and we’ll customise accordingly.
What is the cost of each learning journey?
Pricing varies by programme and group size. We offer competitive school-friendly rates, and some programmes may be eligible for MOE subsidies. Request a detailed quote through our enquiry form for transparent, itemised pricing with no hidden fees.
Is transport to the venue included?
Transport is not included by default, but we are happy to recommend school bus providers that regularly work with our tours. All venues are easily accessible and we will provide full arrival guidance and meet-up instructions upon booking.
Do you provide worksheets or pre/post-visit learning materials?
Absolutely. We provide pre-visit background reading, student activity worksheets for use during the journey, and post-visit reflection guides — all included in your booking to help teachers maximise learning value.
What happens if the tour is cancelled due to rain?
We monitor weather conditions closely for all outdoor tours. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, we offer full rescheduling at no extra cost. Our team will notify your school as early as possible to minimise disruption to schedules.
